Judy Mollica has a demonstrated track record of real estate sales and personal service excellence in Florida for over 25 years. Starting her career in Orlando, Judy relocated to Palm Beach County in 2001 where she landed a highly coveted spot with the launch sales team at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter. Over the next five years, Judy was recognized as a top producer for the Jupiter property and received national awards for sales leadership within The Ritz-Carlton nationwide.
Transitioning from developer real estate sales back into general brokerage was a natural for Judy given her commitment to personal service and extensive market knowledge. After building a loyal client base as a Broker Associate at a national firm, Judy opened her own company, Ocean East Properties in 2013.
For over 25 years, Judy has been known for providing the finest personal services in the residential real estate business by building client confidence and trust with in-depth knowledge and expertise; dedication to the highest level of performance, and a commitment to meeting or exceeding expectations.
Judy actively gives back to the community through fundraising for pediatric cancer, The Achievement Center, Habitat for Humanity and Lupus.
